Sprout Care is a membership-based medical model that eliminates middleman administration, insurance billing, and rushed clinic visits. For a flat monthly fee, your family receives direct, unhurried, and personal care straight from dedicated pediatricians—including direct digital messaging, rapid home triage, and guaranteed timely responses.
-
No, Sprout Care is an added layer of direct support, not a replacement for your regular PCP.
We are your fast, direct line for acute day-to-day illnesses and immediate triage—giving you instant answers when your child gets sick or needs quick guidance. We strongly support maintaining your regular PCP for:
Annual Wellness & Physicals: Routine well-child visits, developmental checks, and school/sports physicals.
Immunizations: Routine childhood vaccinations.
Long-Term Care: Chronic condition management and ADHD treatment.
In-Person Diagnostics: Complex care requiring bloodwork, X-rays, or specialized referrals.
-
We do not accept or bill health insurance. Our direct-membership model allows us to offer fast, personalized, unhurried care without insurance restrictions or hidden costs.
-
No. Sprout Care is a physician membership service, not health insurance. We strongly recommend families maintain a standard health insurance plan or High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) to cover major unexpected events, hospitalizations, specialist visits, or advanced imaging.
-
Since we operate independently of insurance, we do not bill in-network. However, your insurance can still be used as usual for outside prescriptions, lab work, X-rays, or emergency room visits.

-
No. Sprout Care operates on a month-to-month membership model. We believe in building long-term relationships through exceptional, dedicated care—not binding long-term contracts.

Active Window (Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM): Guaranteed rapid reply within 1 hour for medical advice, prescription triage, or same-day care coordination.
Quiet Hours (Weekdays: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Weekends: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM): Non-urgent messages are held securely, and our pediatricians will review and send a clinical update by 7:30 AM.
-
While Sprout Care helps you manage the vast majority of routine sick visits and provides remote triage, we are not a replacement for emergency services. If your child experiences severe symptoms—such as extreme difficulty breathing, deep cuts requiring stitches, suspected fractures, or a high fever in an infant under 2 months—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility right away.
