  • We are your fast, direct access for acute illnesses and daily triage—not a replacement for your Primary Care Physician (PCP). We strongly support keeping your regular PCP for:

    • Annual wellness visits & school/sports physicals

    • Routine childhood vaccinations

    • Chronic condition management & ADHD management

    • Complex care requiring bloodwork, X-rays, or specialist referrals

  • While Sprout Care helps you manage the vast majority of routine sick visits and provides remote triage, we are not a replacement for emergency services. If your child experiences severe symptoms—such as extreme difficulty breathing, deep cuts requiring stitches, suspected fractures, or a high fever in an infant under 2 months—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility right away.
